List Your Home using our tiered service structure so you know exactly what you're getting for the money. We earn our commissions based on the superior service that we provide. In order to meet your needs, you can choose the level of service that you require. The higher the service level, the more money you will get from your home in the least amount of time. Minimum Listing Agent commission is $2500 regardless of percentage. If you choose the flat fee option, you still need to add the percentage or flat fee that you'd like to offer your buyer's agent, 3% minimum is recommended. |
